Jennifer graduated from The University of Montana with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary.  Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), offering Christian counseling, and is a National Certified Counselor (NCC).

Jennifer sees individuals, adolescents, adults and families.  Her counseling approach is integrative, incorporating a number of therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, along with nature and physical activity if desired.  She believes nature and movement incorporated into clinical treatment can aide in re-working neural networks within the mind, emotional states of being, belief systems and self-efficacy.

Jennifer has worked with an array of individuals, from teens with trauma and relational issues, women and children coming out of domestic violence and athletes wanting to improve performance.  Her areas of interest include but are not limited to working with anxiety, depression, identity, self-worth, mood and spirituality.

Jennifer is passionate about people and their healing.  She believes engagement stimulates, honors and cultivates growth.
