Jesse Welsh is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). He received his Master’s of Social Work from Newman University in Wichita, Kansas. Jesse has lived in Wichita the majority of his life outside of attending Coffeyville Community College for one year and Southwestern College for one year, both schools on a soccer scholarship. Soccer has taught Jesse that a team approach can be a powerful way to help someone gain self confidence. After receiving his Master’s degree, Jesse has worked with multiple diverse populations including two years in child welfare.  

Through Jesse’s own life experiences including being a child of divorce, he focuses on helping children and families navigate difficult times. Jesse believes that all children have strengths that can and should be discovered. He has a passion for helping children understand and accept their own worth and abilities. He provides a safe and nurturing environment to assist in this process. Jesse offers counseling to children and families struggling with a variety of concerns including anxiety, adjusting to difficult situations, depression, grief and child behavioral issues and more.
