Cheryl Tan: Nurse Practitioner

Cheryl Tan has proven to be a very caring and compassionate medical professional. We are happy to have her on our team. She joined our team in October 2015, as an advanced practice nurse practitioner. She has more than 10 years of experience in the medical field as a nurse practitioner and is looking forward to many, more years to come. She is extremely knowledgeable about medication evaluation and management, which will be exactly what she is doing at New Perspectives. She will provide medication evaluations and medication management to our patients, ensuring that each and every patient is on the proper medication and medication dosage; most importantly to ensure that the patient is not having any extreme side effects in response to the medication(s). She works with patients ages 12 and up. Cheryl is well known in the medical community and can provide great recommendations of other health professionals, and comes highly recommended herself.
