Our quality of daily living may seem disrupted when experiencing and feelings of loss, anxiety, frustration, and confusion. Sometimes we need help to process and proceed. Therapy is the perfect gain the tools you need to find peace in life’s chaos. For some people, therapy is a life long journey, and others are seeking a more short-term goal-oriented approach. I work with individuals to meet their personal needs and goals and needs.
My areas of focus are: grief, trauma, anxiety, abuse, life transitions, and end of life issues. I am currently accepting new clients (ages 12years and over), from all backgrounds, sexual orientations, and belief systems. I want my clients to feel safe and secure during our time together.
